Is There A Way To Update Multi Weekly Rom Without Loosing Root And Xposed?

I installed 6.3.17 on my Note3 Pro right after BL unlock, then flashed SuperSU and Xposed. When the 6.3.24 update got out I installed it via the Updater app, but root and xposed was gone and had to reflash and give out permissions again.
Is there any way to prevent this?
