New media notification doesn't show on lock screen

im on RN 13 4G with xiaomi.eu 2.0.12.0.

whenever im playing music/media the notification shows normally but when I turn off the device it appears for a split second and immediately disappears from the lock screen (it doesn't get removed/erased it just completely disappears with no animation) , other notifications show completely fine

and yes its "show notifications and content" on lockscreen settings

Maybe a problem with the media player you're using? Have you disabled battery optimizations for your media player apps? (hope I can help, I have the same device, except I'm on OS2.0.10

@gyr0ray0 not with the media player, every single one does this, and it's not about battery cuz they keep playing media but with no notifications helppp
