New Mi 5s MIUI 10.5 - 9.8.29 - Not Accurate Power Readings

My phone: Mi 5s MIUI 10.5 - 9.8.29.
The phone shut down at 30%, 40%, 50% ... after it turn off. then I go to TWRP and it show appr. 20%-30%.
I think it has an issue about Accurate Power Readings.
