New Mi5 Periodically Freezing And Rebooting

I just bought an Mi5 (64 gb version) and updated to the latest ROM (7.3.10.0).My problem is that it is periodically freezing and rebooting.
The issue occurs randomly every couple of minutes when I'm using the phone. When I'm not using it, it does not reboot.
An observation I've made is that it's happening MOSTLY when I'm in the settings screen so it's possible it is OS related.

What should I do next? It looks like a great phone, however, it is unuseable in this state.

PS: I have tried factory reset twice with no results. No additional apps installed.

Same Problem in my Mi5.. Ordered Replacement of Device from Amazon. Hope new device works well.
But Any Solution Regarding this will be helpful.
