We changed nothing related to your scrolling, you should ask Xiaomi to revert.

No OK Google for Stable Pie ROMs on Snapdragon 845 because of old code base. If you need OK Google you can move to Weekly.

Same here, format data helped. After that, I reinstalled the xiaomi.eu newest stable rom, modified the fstab.qcom right away, and now it seems encrypted, and OK.

Question is, what if there will be an update coming? Will it be bricked again, or fstab should be modified all over again?

Modifiy Fstab after update will do.
 
Hi everyone.
I'm on Mi Note 3 with xiaomi.eu 10.2.3.0 (stable) and since the first day, Quick Apps keep crashing and have an abnormal behavior causing an abnormal battery consuption.

There's a way i can fix that or it's a known bug waiting to be fixed?

Is it possible to mod the rom that if you swipe from the right side the action is to forward?
Now it is like in the original rom that both side gets you back.
In my opinion this would boost the workflow in some situations and would be a really nice feature compared to the stock rom.

I already searched for not integrated solutions, but even with the xda navigation gestures app there is only the possibility to configure a back action.

Please tell me what you think about it.

I completely agree with ypu the actual gesture is crap.......
 
I've got Mi8 with 10.2.2.0 and no matter how I try unlock with Google voice match still doesn't work......
Do you think you could fix this issue...? It could be quite useful while driving.
Another thing that I would like to report is that Google Digital Wellbeing is present, Updated, but still unusable because not present anywhere as a proper App.
 
Do push noitfications (and icons) work properly in this stable release or the latest beta?

Sorry if it's a total noob question but I literally just found out that there are these great MIUI EU forks.

I'm currently using the latest official stable MIUI 10 global release on a Xiaomi Mi8. Push notifications/icons for incoming messages aren't working at all for Gmail, Signal, Whatsapp, etc. After some googling it turns out to be very common problem with MIUI. I already tried the suggested setting changes, like disabling battery optimizations, locking the apps, granting all kinds of permissions,etc.

digital wellbeing is a common issue in miui roms, you can launch it using "pixel shortcuts" from google play How is battery life in this latest stable? i'm downloading right now for my mi8

No, use a Weekly ROM if you want to use OK Google.
Digital Wellbeing has no home screen icon. Since we are not Google, we can't do anything about it, but you have a decent and popular solution:

Mi 8 android 9.2.2 battery very low , how to go back android 8.1 ?? , i have unlock bootloader and install TWRP ?

6A has been officially sold in Austria by Aldi/Hofer (major supermarket chain) and is therefore popular. Referring to forum, previous builds from september are buggy (bootloop). It would be nice if a working xiaomi.eu rom is available!

Does MIUI EU show the icons in the status bar for push notifications? (WhatsApp,Signal,Email,etc)


I'm currently using the official global MIUI (10.2.1.), and for some reason the devs decided to only show the clock in the status bar. Notification icons can be enabled but they only show up for like 2 seconds, then fade out, the clock fades in and takes their place.
 
I flash this ROM (10.1.1 EU Stable) for Mi max 2 but sometimes notification of some apps don't appear? Anyone has same issue?
Could you please advise how to fix? I turned on all tick on notification area as well as application background (no restriction) in battery.
