Just boot that image (not flash): fastboot boot boot.img, then flash the update zip. New TWRP will be added to system automatically during flash. You will not lose data.

Hi everybody. I wanted to ask those who know who understands phone firmware well.
I have a POCO F3 phone, the firmware is weekly MIUI 13 22.5.25 was installed via Fastboot. I want to put a global stable. Which one can I put? And which version do you recommend and which region? Also via Fastboot or Recovery? And which is the best of it? I ask because I do not understand this and do not understand. Thank you very much in advance!

What are the new fixes in each update?

The update was successful according to the above procedure. 13.0.7.0 to 13.0.9.0.

You explore. We don't have any changelog for Stables.

when trying to press "my device" in settings and press 3 dotes and press what is new? give me error "no info available"

Yes, twrp latest image - boot.img to root in PC , downloaded ROM to root in mobile. CMD run as admin and type fastboot boot boot.img. Mobile boot into twrp and select install and path to downloaded ROM. Reboot
