MIUI V4 confused

Hi

I am new to MIUI i have watched the below youtube video

So flashed and installed MIUI 2.9.7 on my galaxy s2 ... from

But the features represented in video are not present like that custom messages, Camera SLR options i am confused with the numbers 2.9.7 ...or V4 Please help me out..

That is mostly a promo for Xiaomi's MiOne.

No one got the MIOne camera, and the recommended tab exists. It is just not/can't be translated.

i am little bit confused so V4.0 that is shown is just dinot come ( or may come in xiami One ) and Now this 2.9.7 was built to be like that and slowly upgrading feature by feature
...

This is Built for International for every one in many languages


Another Clarification needed : Is this the version(2.9.7) even the chinenese people has ....
