This was an instruction how to restore original ROM. In that case, "there is no change" is normal.

I'm not sure, but try this way - rename MOD zip to "update.zip".

How exactly "not work"? Applying the mod does not take effect at all? Or there is a change, but something goes wrong?
Also, try to extract android.policy.jar from MOD and copy it into the phone's /system/framework/ directory (overwrite existing file), then reboot phone.

flashed it, menu appears ok, press to recovery or normal or bootloader options, reboot only the UI, but not reboot the phone.

Please try this file for crespo (unzip first) and let me know if it works (or how it does not work).
