I may not fully understand how this MOD works. Earlier I used it for switching off wallpaper scrolling and nothing more. I don't need Google sign instead of carrier, I don't need any fancy date modifications, all I need is switching off that damned wallpaper scrolling. Is there a way to do it? I'm on 1.9.2 Defy. Thanks in advance :)
Everything is optional, if you don't want the carrier logo, turn it off. If you don't want any date modifications don't enter any..Simple as that really...

Can you provide an animation for the screen rotation? Motoblur and the new Samsung touchwiz 4.5(galaxy note) have a real nice animation, something like the iPhone. Sorry for my english, i'm italian

Is there a way i can have the battery icon to be on the right side, while Service and Wifi icon are on the left? I want it to be like the way iPhone has it. And with the carrier text, to be right next to the Service icon so it would look like this - .: Verizon

Andy: it's clear :) I just don't know which file I have to use from your "1.9.2" folder. ESSWITCHED, etc... last time I flashed this but I couldn't find where to set the options.

I already asked this earlier in a post. He said that they are all connected and that the only way to do this, would be to turn off the battery icon in settings, and download a battery widget which will show up as a notification.

I think you need the version specifically for 1.8.12, but unfortunately there is no version available, only 1.8.19, 1.8.26 and 1.9.2. you may politely ask the author (Andy Thomson) for help.

So I just updated to 1.9.2, and my status bar is configured how I originally had it. However, I want to make a couple of changes, but all of the Extended Settings Mod options (under Settings, obviously) are not there.

Is there any way to get them back? Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks!

There is an app that was downloaded as well. Its called MIUI Controls. Look for it on your screens.

Hi

You say 'flash the downloaded file' but there is more than one file. Do we need to flash all 4 files?

4 files?!?
I had only 1 zip file and flashed that..
Did you unzip your file, because you should not! Just flash the ZIP file.

Download and flash only the one that matches your current rom.

The "right", "center" and "switched" means where the clock will appear on your statusbar. You can flash all of them and keep what you like.

The launcher.zip is different thing, dont know what that does..

What if all I want to do is disabling wallpaper scolling? I don't want to change the position of the clock. What shall I do in this case?

Pick the ESRight version. That has the clock on the Right like in the stock version of MIUI.

Hello!
I must say that this mod is just...perfect! It does what would require some three different programs. Just a note though - immediately when I applied the MOD, my battery went crazy - after when I initially installed latest MIUI (1.9.2 on SGS2), the battery burned 2 percent from about 7PM to about 7AM. After the MOD patch, 2-3 percent went in about 1-1,5 hours...how could that be?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers!

Hi.. I doubt anything I've changed would effect battery life.. The MOD basically just hides/unhides icons. Maybe try turning on the battery monitor to see if that gives you any clues...
