New Package installer fails to install any app.

As you can see in my screenshot, the package installer always returns a parsing error because the "packageInfo is null".
This happens when trying to install any APK, no matter what size or source. What confuses me most, is that built-in installers like in Google Files work well though. Any ideas/tips?
Device: shennong, weekly hyperos 24.1.29, rooted

Not really. I basically use Google Files when possible... In those cases where it's not possible, I still haven't found a solution.

I have same issue. But happens only with non-officials apps. Even with unknown sources permissions.

On Google files, it just says it can install the app on the device.

Have you restored data from Mi Cloud? That could be it, it happened to me when I restored the data, and I managed to solve it with a reset.
