PLEASE HELP I CAN'T FLASH MY DESIRE Z ( PC10IMG.zip...... no image)

Ok now i recently traded my BB 9300 for a HTC Desire Z, I was told that it had ICS on it but the person tried to flash it and it's stock in a boot loop )but i didn't make a fuss because the body of my BB9300 was not in a very good state ) The problem is that it loads to white background with HTC logo, then it cuts off and i'll have to battery pull in order to start it up again. Now when i press and hold volume down with power button for the fastboot menu it starts to load from sd card then it says pc10img.zip no image found i have some pictures of it uploaded PLZ help idk what to do about this again i tried reading all sorts of forums and no help...



P.s - recovery doesn't work neither does the factory restore settings....also it's S-OFF

Go to the xda-developers site all instructions there. Flash recovery, then format all and flash any rom.

i've tried none of thosemethods seem to work... when i try to flash from sd card i get the no image thing when i try from the pc i get this

from fastboot you must flash not this file, but recovery image maybe img. Be carefully.
