Remove old Twrp from Xiaomi.eu zip rom?

There's a way to remove old twrp from zip xiaomi.eu rom?
Because, (in my case have a k20pro/mi9tpro) have a last twrp version but everytime when i flash a new release xiaomi.eu rom, this last one reflash
the old twrp (3.3.1-13) overwriting my last twrp (3.3.1.21).

you open the rom zip file in your computer and remove the TWRP folder from it . (windows 10 explorer)

no, just delete twrp folder , repack and check it is really removed...
Same apply for rom having embedded magisk if you don't want it to be installed.

Can i manage (automatically repack and check) all from an archive manager like windows explorer or winrar? right?
