Hallo, my phone an MI9T Global made a software crash during updating from Mui 10 to Mui 12 .This software crash on mi new phone went so bad that my phone is completly out of order and can not be used anymore. I went for help to Xiaomi service in the Netherlands but they send me to MI GLOBAL Store where we have purschased the phone but they do not respond on my reply for help and warranty conditions.
I have tryed everything on the phone, reboot ,with and without deleting all data but nothing helps so far to recover my phone . Can somebody help my out with this problem?
Hi, with remote support from Adl Auth (thanks a lot) we did not manage to fix the software crash on my MI 9t it probably turns out to be a hardware problem, unfortunately on a new device that MI Global Store are not to take responsibility for warranty conditions that apply to the MI 9t.
