Today, I want to share with you my last port for best multilanguage ROM, Xiaomi.eu stable version with all features, like root, not only chinese and english language, updated with best performance, thanks to such amazing team under xiaomi.eu development.

I fix an issue with Security Center app, this app did not work properly, so I made some changes and now is fully working, in official release you can see this bug when you flash the ROM via custom recovery and launch the app.

Changelog is not release yet because is a recent release, just yesterday. But I tested it well and many things has been change, like translations, performance, bluetooth bugs all for good.

How to flash this ROM with SP Flash Tool:

Extract downloded .rar file and open SP Flash Tool executable with admin rights, then follow instructions on next image

Just check boot.img, system.img and userdata.img, never choose preloader, may break your phone --->>

I bought my Redmi Note 3 from Gearbest and still running on MIUI 7.0.919.0 Stable.

Someway or somehow I can't install any offcial ROM from the updater app.
Do you think I can unlock my bootloader with your procedure?
Xiaomi send me the approval to unlock the bootloader, but during the procedure I get the 50% error message. I think this has to do with the fact that i couldn't install the China DEV ROM on my phone on the first place.

So is unlocking the bootloader possible when i follow your procedure?

Do you have your MiAccount? Did you go to fastboot mode before trying to unlock phone?

Yes I have a MiAccount. And, yes i went into Fastboot mode to unlock, but then the 50% stuff came up

Try to write your problem on official forum miui.com, maybe they could help you.

Thanks for the suggestion: I think I'll start a thread on the official forum because this situation is really frustrating.
I did use the newest version of Mi Unlock but it got stuck on 50%. My guess is that it has to do that I couldn't install the developer ROM with the updated app. I'll try to flash it with the method you suggested in the link.

Yes, you HAVE to install Dev and you can still get a confirmation, if ROM is installed via flash tool. When a confirmation come I had 6.1.14 xiaomi.eu via flash tool and then I simply unlock bootloader with the newest software.
