Updating through settings on Redmi Note 10 pro

I was wondering if I'm able to install a recovery ROM using the "additional update features" in the built-in updater for miui instead of TWRP or other recovery software, will Xiaomi let me install your ROM with that built-in option?

No, i haven't installed twrp nor unlocked the bootloader of this phone so that is why i thought if it was possible installing a stable Rom with the built-in additional update features

No way.
If you have a global ROM and a locked bootloader, it is not possible to update (install) any custom ROM. That means no xiaomi.eu ROM either.
