VPN on company server

Hello i have Mipad and MI3 on Mipad have problem with VPN settings on Mi3 work perfekt. When i configure VPN on Mipad (same settings as Mi3). Server connection is established to the server. Problem is VPN cant work he have only information he work.

Is possible fix this?

On Mipad have miui 4.9.19. On Mi3 have miui 4.9.19.
