New Wrong Time On Notification Bar

Hello,
recently I have a issue with time on notification bar, it lags and stops for a moment. for e.g. it's 9:41 am and 9:36 on notification bar.
Applications seems to take time correct and widget on main page works good as well

Same here on my Mi 5s, xiaomi.eu 6.12.29. I have xposed, but seems the issue is not related.

Solved- seems that xposed was the issue for me - uninstalled and now all is OK.

Well, I did a clean flash 7.2.16 and this bug still exists on my device... it's getting annoying
