Hello

i just received my new mouse and i am trying to connect it to my computers. i understand that it's not fully compatible with windows 7 but this mouse is weird ....

On Windows 7 computers (x64 ) :

1. Wifi : the dongle is correctly installed , but there is no connection between mouse and dongle ( green light showing in the mouse as soon as i push any button
   
2. Bluetooth : no device appear in the "add a device" screen ( i was aware that it isn't fully supported in w7)

On Windows 10 computers (x64) :

1. Wifi : it's the same as W7 , dongle ok , but no connection
   
2. Bluetooth : YES finally it works

but i would like to use it with Windows 7 and the dongle ....

any help would ba appreciated ...

is it normal that i can't use wifi connection even with windows 10 ?
is there a way to test the dongle itself ?
