What is this cne=0? Please...

Yes, what is it cne=>0?
It is in your build.prop. Im using 8.1.3.0 China Stable, ill show u how to fix this reboot issue (root access required):

- delete 'mpdecision' file from /system/bin

- replace thermal Conf file in /system/etc by this one, then grant it access as the previous one
//cloud.tapatalk.com/s/57dfe313e1118/thermal-engine-8974.conf.zip

- open build.prop in /system, find and change the line 'persist.cne.feature'=1 to 0, then reboot to recovery and wipe cache/dalvik.

Or before flashing a rom, u can use WinRar to open the rom.zip, and modify files above (delete/replace/edit the following files) then flash this rom. Very easy now my fone runs smoothly.

THANKS to @jc rey hheeeee.

For me haven't random reboots. I clean install full rom via fastboot, and get it, but for me annoying core cpu bug, about 2 cores work only.
I delete mpdecision too and replace thermal conf. This is work fine now.

Indeed, I agree that installing with twrp seems to cause some more reboot.
For the random reboot test, how long do you let the install go ? it requires at least 2/3 weeks with no reboot to conclude imho.
And the fact is that fastboot install is fine with global official rom, but xiaomi.eu requires twrp.

Hello, I have new mi4 2gb lte-ct what rom is morr stable for now? I can flash rom in flashboot?

If you delete mpdecision, are all 4 cores always on? Are you facing always better temp/battery life without it?

Only 3 cores active with mpdecision removed and thermal-engine tweak in xiaomi.eu 8.2.1

This morning - random reboot, Xiaomi.eu 7.2.16 latest developer rom, mpdecision removed, thermal conf file replaced, battery status around 90%, the Mi4W restarted and during restart the white line under mi logo appeared. I was waiting for about 7-10 minutes for the white line to complete?!

He was rewriting cache...
You must have done an update lately...

I can't believe it!
For over two months now I didn't have any reboots, ever since I update to global official rom 8.0.3.0 and to the roms that came after that.
But this weekend I updated to 8.2.1.0, and already had 2 random reboots since then!
Did they fix the issue and then un-fixed it again?!
