First they forgive me for my bad English. I have a xiaomi redmi pro and I have downloaded HMPro 8.7.26. Previously I had another rom the miupro, I have installed it from twrp and the restart remains in the logo with the ellipsis moving. I have waited more than 2 hours and in the end I have recovered the one I had.
Anyone else has happened?.

Normal. It's a known issue. It's in the 1st post in the chnagelog. Should be fixed in the next release

Try to flash the EU ROM again and then wipe data and cache

Yes, usually when I do a clean install it's what I do. 1st I flash the ROM, then I do all the wipes (data, dalvic/cache and factory reset(think this one is unnecessary due to data wipe)).
But it's ok to wipe 1st and then flash.
