I've got a strange issue. With this release, as well as with latest 3 or 4 versions, sometimes (very rarely I've to say) when I open an app (user app, like Here To Go, Just Eat, Smart Office, etc etc), the app does't open itself. I simply obtain a void screen, black or white.

I can return to home and retry to open the app but the problem is still here. In these cases, I know, after 10 or 20 seconds, my RN7 will reboot itself. I've no reason to understand why this issue.

That happens 4 or 5 times a week. Can't understand...

Maybe RAM management issue?

I have orange fox installed, clean installed the rom, and after the last update it encrypted my internal storage so I can't update again. What could be the problem? I don't really want to format my phone every time when an update arrives... thanks

Try to use pattern instead of password/pin, for unlocking your phone. If TWRP/OrangeFox doesn't ask for your pattern, you can also try to remove any pattern/password/pin before booting into TWRP/OrangeFox.

Or try another TWRP/OrangeFox version.

You're just fine then .. there is no newest twrp for UMI yet ..

I use pattern, and it asks for pin. I tried setting a pin on the phone, but I can't unlock it with that. I also tried removing the pin and the pattern and the recovery still asks for a password.

You have OrangeFox R11.0 version? I didn't see another RN7 owner with your issue yet.

It's an older version I've been using for a while, only had a problem with xiaomi.eu so far. Version R10.1_01

So update your OrangeFox to the latest version (R11.0) and check if it's ok.

You are the third one to report this issue on Mi 9T/K20.

No one gave solution yet. Maybe next Weekly update will fix this bug.

Hi guys!
After flashing rom I flashed magisk_11 and magisk v21. But when I rebooted I didn't found magisk app. Then I went back to twrp and flashed only magisk v21. I got into bootloader. After I again returned to twrp flashed just magisk_11. Now root exists but I can't grant in apps. Also for some reason ES file explorer can't open directory: Android/data/. Stock explorer opens

P. S. It's my first experience with this rom. I came from MiRoom 20.7.9. Works fine. Mi 9T

Magisk Manager app can be installed separately => MagiskManager-v8.0.2.apk

You didn't have to reflash Magisk for that...

Didn't help in my case. flashed dirty 20.10.22 and running again, skipping this release...

I did the same but the photo gallery doesn't work then - annoying to review the stored pictures, or what's worse to see an mms received.
It looks we must wait till Friday and pray for the fix.

Blame Xiaomi, they added gestures implementation to launcher directly - not to System UI...

@Orjon, does it mean that if we want to have gestures in POCO we have to wait for POCO update?
I imagine there is no chance that Xiaomi will add it to System UI again and keep it doubled (in UI and in Launcher), probably right?
