New sound error, mic error - K30 Pro

Has anyone had a situation like this yet:
Dial *#*#6484#*#* Receiver and Speaker Test or any Sound Test => inactive
1: Speakerphone is not working
2: Speaker used to listen to calls does not work
3: There is no sound when using wired and wireless headphones
4: The recording software is not working( Sound recorder error: check if another app is currently using the recording feature)
5: Open the camera application to record the video => get out

One day, the Bluetooth connection to the speaker is finished and the device is restarted when entering the application. And then I reinstalled the original rom and lost the sound and microphone. it happened 4 days ago
