Can we get the latest MIUI 13 on the latest stable version 12.5.16 like an OTA or do we need to do a clean format and reinstall. Please advise. why is that they have released the weekly rom miui13 and not the stable rom ? Any idea. like will there be not a stable rom for miui13 ? I am confused. Please advise. Thanks. MP

As the name STABLE suggests, Stable ROMs are released once they (weekly) become stable. Weeklies are based on CN weekly BETA releases

There is another topic for the latest weekly, go there and read user opinions. Be aware Xiaomi.eu are released for various phone models, hence issues/opinions may vary accross the models

Since weekly with MIUI 13 should be newer, you could try dirty install - if not working, you would need to Format

Hi guys! Just got my phone two days ago, it´s my first xiaomi device and so far I´m stoked! The first thing that I did was ofc to start the bootloader unlock process :)

I have a somewhat of a noob question, so feel free to flame me! My 11T Pro is running on miui 12.5.9.0 RKDEUXM, I think that I got all info correct and that I still can flash a RKDMIXM release, correct? (the specific version I believe is correct is xiaomi.eu_multi_XM11TPro_V12.5.10.0.RKDMIXM_v12-11-fastboot.zip, am I right? (tried to find info in the threads, but I suspect that this question is to idiotic for anyone else to ask...

sorry and thanks! Happy new year!

Edit: think that the answer is that it is the correct one, just that I have to remember to do a full wipe and not a dirty flash, am I right?

Hi. I have a Poco f3 pro with EU stable ROM. I have just got a security alert from my Google account about my authenticator app data being copied. Upon checking my account security, my phone seems to be showing up as a pixel 6 not a redmi k30 pro. Any ideas what's happening? Has the developer used a fake signature on the device for authentication?

Hi there,
unfortunately i can't find the information about the security patch (stand) for the redmi note 9 pro (joyeuse) in version 12.5.2
in the original miui version 12.5.6 EEA it is already Nov. 2021

who usually delivers security patches faster?
xiaomi.eu or xiaomi direct?

thanks for info

Xiaomi.eu is based on the Chinese ROM (or Global, depending on the device) but the security patch is not modified. So, it mostly depends if the Chinese ROM exists and is more updated than your local ROM.

Hi all,

I have 11 lite 5G NE global version and I want to flash a Xiaomi.EU version for this device.
I'm currently downloading 12.5.8.0.RKICNXM version which is fastboot.
On the first page of this thread, it is described that this version of MIUI is based on China rom.
Does it have GMS and can I use it on a global device?
Il you have 11 Lite 5G NE it's this version you need no ? xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11LE_XM11Lite5GNE_V12.5.7.0.RKOCNXM ?
Because you speak about RKICNXM, but it's for classic 11 lite 5G (not the same processor).

Be carefull ;)

I've installed the latest rom for mi note 10 lite and the phone is stuck on the miui logo. First I've installed the rom using TWRP and then formatted data. I'm doing something wrong?

I dont want weekly. I am interested in only miui 13 stable ROM. In that case, can I install it on top my EU ROM existing version 12.5.16 or need to format and reinstall. Like can I download it like OTA update and goto recovery to select the file to install ? Please advise. I see an option to download, but when I click on download it says, servers are offline. Is anyone getting the same error for MIUI 13 stable rom ? Please advise. Appreciate it.

Thanks

Then wait until the download is available, no one can help with that...
No, only fastboot flashing is to be used with Android 12 ROMs.

If we use fastboot flashing, where we need to do through windows, then we will loose everything on Mi 11 phone which has 12.5.16. Is that right ? Please update. Thanks for your update.

Hi all, I have upgraded to miui 13 fastboot windows and its all good. But I have lost my home screen layout and the icon layout has changed from 5x7 to 4x7 and all the icons have moved from my home page to other screens. I couldnt find the display option to change the icon layout to 5x7. Appreciate it if anyone can please update me on how to get my icon layout to get more number, so that I can readjust my previous layout. Now I am unable to put more icons on home screen as there are only 4 per row. I need to get 5 per row as usual. Please update where can I get it back. I checked in the display option there is no icon layout to get it to 5 ? Please update if can get it back. thanks.

I would like to express my thanks for finally releasing this custom ROM for the Xiaomi 11T Pro - a big thank you to the developers.

I guess it is because the MIUI13 update for Poco F3 is a fastboot ROM.

First random reboot ever on Joyeuse, in a call.
Miui 12.5.3 stable , updated today.
Disabled memory extension, is fine now.

Hello everyone.
Haven't been here for a while and I wanted to upgrade my miui now, but I'm a little cofused and I'd be very grateful if anyone could help me.
I'm using Mi 11 (RKBCNXM) v. 12.5.3.0 (from back when it was updated through fastboot) and I'd like to update to 12.5.15 or 12.5.16 and not sure how I do this and is it safe to skip so many versions? I've looked through the forums, but didn't find and answer to my problem.

Thank you

Phone app force close indefinitely durring a call.
No other phone app is installed.
Joyeuse Miui Stable 12.5.3

LE: turns out that issue is triggered by call recording. Everytime i press Record button in a call, dialer restart itself.

LLE: updating Phone.apk to this newer version fixed my problem.

Mi 11 Ultra
Updated from Latest stable to MIUI13 without any issues, without data wipe. All works perfectly.

Lost rear screen camera function for taking pictures and videos. Is it possible to add rear screen for selfies and vlogging back? This is dealbraker for me :(

Sorry for the questions, I have no knowledge of this subject.
