I've tried installing from the update app but the recovery can't be installed, I will try later at home with adb. The phone switchs off and nothing happens with this method.
I've never installed an official rom so I hope to get back twrp once at home with adb.

Just one question, when I upgraded to 6.3.3 I lost my root permissions, I will be able to flash again the recovery without root permission with adb and flasboot?

If you lost TWRP recovery for some reason then try to install TWRP recovery separately via updater app. Here are the flashable zip versions of TWRP for all devices (Link from OP): https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=50678

Install it via fastboot, follow the guide in my signature. But if you have locked bootloader you cannot do it anyway.

You have to have the proper TWRP recovery image file for your device

I use mi note pro install multi dev rom 6.3.3 last update. I install rom by updater result after install device reboot to TWRP 3.0 but mi note pro can not see all data in internal storage and I be reboot device display no o/s but I ok reboot system so system can reboot in availabel to use.

Afterthat try into fastboot for install TWRP 2.8.0 by adb so result is Pass. Afterthat flash rom 6.3.3 again by TWRP 2.8.0 so result it same up paragraph.
