Sorry, didn't read well. The correct behavior should be this:
- Light sensor covered -> phone won't unlock.
- Proximity sensor covered -> phone automatically locks itself.
It should prevent pockets dials, you shouldn't be able to dial any phone number if the proximity sensor is covered, so it's definitely a bug or something bad programmed.
Report it.

Well, ignore what I told you... Mine is already working normally!
It used to allow doing everything if I suddenly covered the proximity sensor (I had mentioned it here weeks ago), but now it doesn't!
Right now, of I cover it, the screen is lit but I can't slide or click anything.
So mine is ok (don't know since when, because I stopped testing that a while ago).

Try to flash another TWRP version. Download it from the first post and install it via Updater or via fastboot following the guide below in my signature .

But I don't know if it has root. By the way, if twrp is damaged/bugged better flash it via fastboot, it's safier.

You could try removing "Twrp" installation strings from updater-script, and install the rom via TWRP without checking for zip signature (uncheck this option in TWRP before flashing) . Do it if you know what are doing, by the way, I'm not responsable for any damages...

Yes. I have installed virgo 6.3.3 from updater . No poblem for me, works fine.

I had few problems with these moderators so I understand you. I suggest to write other threads proposing to fix, change the behavior of this services. I did it like this before.
