720P and auto-focus in video: Nexus S MIUI ICS

Hello,
Is it possible to enable 720P and autofocus in video for Nexus S? I understand that stock Nexus S does not have either feature but a similarly spec'd Galaxy S has them so I dont think its a hardware performance limitation.
Current video is 720x480, 30fps.
