Are you using viper4android module? Then disable it fastly when phone booted. If you can't, try magisk remover zip and then install magisk again

thanks for your help but I can't remove the module, I try but I can't mount /data directory ,
I will wait for the next version or format complete my phone

No issues here on Mi 5 at all, not even with Magisk v19.2.

That is not the point.

There is no-one here at Xiaomi.eu that can fix this problem for you, this is not an official Xiaomi site or service.

The problem exists between your operators in Turkey and the official Xiaomi developers in China.

You should complain, make bug reports to both.

As your friend said, if you have installed the latest version of twrp, try to reinstall it after uninstalling it completely with magisk uninstaller.

I say about miui Chinese developers, not about the xiaomi.eu developers.
I'm not the only one who has the problems.
And my product is a Mi 8, not a cheap one... If you don't know the problem, don't discuss about it

Unfortunately in Redmi note 5 Pro (whyred) this Pie weekly version has not solved issue with hotspot WiFi repeater. Hotspot+WiFi is not possible.

The last publicly released beta is 9.5.16.
But Xiaomi.eu has somehow access to unreleased, nonpublic betas 9.5.23 and 9.5.30.

In these apparently the NON-HLOS.bin file has been changed by the official Xiaomi developers in China.

You can check the hashes of the different versions of the file to see if they are the same.

Xiaomi.eu developers here do not touch the modem file, as far as I know.
