He says that on every Mi 8 SE used in Turkey has this problem.No mobile signal no network but Mi 8 SE used in europe is okey.
Please fix it.

Someone who knows this Rom issues recommended a way by copy paste NON-HLAS.bin file in 9.5.16 which has no problem with regard to mobile network, to 9.5.30
And this way is working but please dont release next update without testing it for Turkey.

This problem has been remain for last 2 update but on 9.5.16 everything is okey.

Then you should complain at miui.com as it's not our ROM issue and not under our control... For European users it works fine...

From this website, after install xiaomi.eu ROM i can't boot into twrp, so i can't update Xiaomi mi 9.... I'm looking for a solution almost a week.

I had the same problem, install the new twrp update and it works again.

• Press volume up + power button = nothing
• fastboot boot twrp.img = nothing
• fastboot reboot = nothing
• I tried updating with the updater and choosing the .zip from internal storage, but xiaomi always restarts in android system

Hi, since the pie update on mi6 i cant launch Google assistant with home Burton like before ( It doesnt work with any if the avaliable options). Dunno if its a Xiaomi problem ir you can fix It. It seems like if the call to Google assistant has changed and It doesnt do anything right now.

Go to manage apps, default apps, and define google assystant as your voice assistance...

I updated to last version of twrp but I the result is the same : (

Are you using viper4android module? Then disable it fastly when phone booted. If you can't, try magisk remover zip and then install magisk again

Thanks, i didn't know about that menu with the 3 dots on manage apps. It works now.

If the phone+ROM works correctly in "open" European networks, but does not work on networks within the borders of Turkey, then it must be something specific to Operator's within Turkey, i.e. some form of controls imposed by Turkish Operators/Government.

Cobben's comment makes me believe that Operators are required to have a form of "black-list" for IMEI's, that are only allowed to be registered in the VLR for an aggregate of 180 days, then need to be "registered" and included in the HLR "white-list", otherwise they are network-barred.
I assume that these lists are shared between operators, through government regulation.

If you can take the device to Greece or Italy and with the same ROM and it works, it cannot be the ROM or device's fault....

But they did say that they have already registered their phones with the guvm'nt in Turkey.
If so the phones "should" work in Turkey.
Unless they are being blocked by mistake.

Also they said if the non-hlos.bin file is changed to the version 9.5.16, then it works.
That change would not help against a IMEI blocking.

I recall some discussion on some other forum a few years ago about how Turkish buyers of Chinese phones would try to avoid the registration to save money.
If someone is doing that, there is no help here.

What shoul I say? Phone is not Global.İts released for China.Then we installed your ROM and using it very well until 9.5.23.I mean everything was okey at 9.5.16 and still it is.But later ROMs just working by copy paste NON-HLAS.bin in 9.5.16 to 9.5.30 without any network problem.
I dont know if this file is modem file or not but someone writing something about it.So what is going wrong is happened after 9.5.23.Something changed for Turkey.I hope you could find a solution because the only ROM which has nearly no problem for Mi 8 SE is your ROM.
