Unfortunately, that is the price you have pay for unlocking the bootloader and rooting. Try to sideload Netflix from Aptoide or similar alternative app store.

What Device? Any Modifications? Using the latest Magisk Version? Rooted before you updated and installes Viper Mod?

Find another issue in this version. There is no lte/4g indicator

You could try to install an older Version of Netflix (from APK Mirror), this helped for the most users. Try to search this Thread and the one from last week, there are a lot of feedback for Netflix issues...
