That's a bit harder, and I really don't have time for that. In the future I'm planning to make a multi-language t9 dialer, but i can't promise when.

Any guidelines so I can ask some Arabic developer to do the same what you did in Hebrew T9 Dialer.
Is it that you need to translate Contacts.apk and modify Dialer.mtz Theme?
Please advice.

Firefox worked very good and Arabic/Character before pach But after i install Arabic RTL pach firefox can't show words.

at end may you add Persian language (گ پ چ ژ ) to Perfect keyboard ?

OK, so just flash the ZIP in the OP from recovery after the rom is already installed.

i install the rom , reboot , and wait for the rom to be stable then i reboot into recovery , then flash this patch , then reboot my phone
but it stocks on boot screen ( i mean jocker logo (because i s - off my phone ))
what should i do ??
and another problem , i downloaded the 1.5.13 Eng Chinese from xda , after that i installed it via recovery
it stocks on jockers logo , after that go to miui site , the developer says install dx version i installed it & every thing goes fine
i install the update and the miui logo showed and i'm in the sky , but when i patch this arabic from recovery it stocks on jockers screen
please help me , this rom is very good , but i cant enable arabic (

you can just intall this after install rom or after restart , no difference
