Hi guys,
I have a mi 8 pro. I chose this phone for 3D face recognition. Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with it. Fast, accurate, perfectly recognizes me, but unfortunately makes the lockscreen useless. I would like to controll the music, check the notifications on the lockscreen. When I look at the screen the phone instant unlock and jump to the homescreen.
Is there any solution to this? Maybe unlock after gesture like on iPhone? And when the phone can't recognize me, I don't see any information about it. No icon, text, nothing... I'm just waiting while I realize that it won't unlock and then I unlock it with pin (inscreen fingerpint scanner is s**t). It would be useful to have a notification icon or text and some method to try again with faceunlock.
My other problem with miui is the torch. Why switch it off when I press the power button? I press it very often accidentally in the dark garden, garage, cellar. I hate it. Can I turn off this "feature"?
