@Poney70 I did download correct TWRP version: Mi11Ultra(Pro)-twrp3.5.1-recovery-21.5.9-decrypted.img
@katerpanne post you quoted is linked to the above TWRP (I checked url)

I have a MI11 Ultra as well and this TWRP version is working well. Perhaps try to reboot and send the fastboot command again ...

Quick question, I've just downloaded the latest update from update app, but twrp asks for password. Is there any chances to update through twrp?

Btw, I have an mi 11 ultra.

Thanks!

If the password doesn't work in TWRP, tap "Cancel" button then go in "Install" menu and browse to /data/media/0 folder. You should find the new ROM there (xiaomi.eu_ ... .zip). :)

One question do I have to make all the procedure on my Mi11 global / german as well?

Or can i just boot my venus twrp out of the Minimal ADB fastboot and install right away the xiaomi.eu rom?

Bootloader is open since today, i am on MIUI Global 12.5.1 right now.

Thanks in advance!

Okay understood important to format in Twrp before installing the xiaomi.eu.

With your guide Twrp is not installed permantely right?

You just boot in, format, transfer the Rom and install?!
All recent Xiaomi.eu ROMs for Mi 11 include this TWRP so you will have a permanent TWRP on Xiaomi.eu ROMs. ;)

Yes, it's simple to install the ROM via TWRP. ^^

Ahh okay great. I just remembered I had to install the Twrp image on my Mi9 once so it stayed permanent.
