Got it working again. But needed to flash via edl. I'm pretty sure I got ripped off, but had no other chance. Since so many Mi 11 are bricked now they adjusted the prices. Now I'm waiting for TWRP before I try again...I have the same issue. But flashing via EDL means you need to ask some Russian dude for help, right?

Mine is working also now. EDL and some tricks, and it’s alive. Alone I coulnd’t do it.
I saw also what big mistake i did, after i unlocked the bootloader .
also, now i’m waiting for twrp when will be out in the future...

Yes, the only problem is, most of the Google Services are not working well in the CN Version. But I'm too afraid to try installing the global version now

Mine i think it was not setting up the phone after unlocking the bootloader. I didn’t set the phone, and didn’t add the MI account.
It’s not my first Xiaomi and all of them i flashed without Any trouble (RN3 MTK, RN3 Pro, Redmi5Plus,MI8 and Mi9).

I followed the instructions closely... First upgraded to the newest version, then unlocked the bootloader.
I booted one more time after unlock to make sure all is okay and then executed the script, which ran successfully. But after that only fastboot for me.
So, bad luck I guess. Don't know...

of course BL unlocked...I was on EU last weekly based on 12.5 beta ...tried from this to global but no success. I was able to come back to 12.022 CN.
After that tried again global 12.04 but nothing. again antiroll back error...

Test this, download and use WinRar to extract your tgz fastboot File, open and edit "flash_all.bat" with notepad++ and delete this first Lines (the red Lines in this Post), safe the file and flash with the latest MiFlash 2020.03.14

Is the battery life on 21.03.11 good for you? I' ve a strange issue that drains my battery quiet fast. I've searched the bugs section but this hasn't reported yet, only in the ROM section. Here a screenshot of my issue. The first process making me problems because this was overnight battery drain. Any suggestions about this?

you are using too many subfolders in MiFlash
The unzipped tgz Rom and the tool in one folder under C:
Example: C: \\ Venus\ here is the tool and the folder, if too many sub-folders are used, error messages appear
