Is there a way to force dark lockscreen/launcher theme?

As written in the title. I know it happens automatically if the wallpaper is bright/white, but mine is white just under the status bar and the clock and their color stays white so I can't see anything.

If there's no possibility right now, could it be added in future released?

Umm nope, not exactly a priority. Ask Xiaomi directly or use some other wallpaper.

Sure thing, it's a tiny annoyance compared to other things though I'd be grateful if it was made possible one day. Thanks for the fast reply
