Whenever I try and use this clock format (top-left with big date and day) it always gives me this one (top-left with small date and day). It used to work literally yesterday, but today it just stopped working. (12.0.3.0 stable/device name: olive)

That's how it's supposed to work.
It's collapsing to the compact layout whenever a notification is visible on the lock screen.
The placement of the notifications is predefined, it doesn't change based on your clock layout choice.

Oh, thank you, I didn't know it was based on notifications. Can I turn off the DND notification somehow?
