I currently have miui 13 android 12 eea, when i install twrp, my lisa cant boot up and twrp cant start, and when i install android 11 rom, data partition dont showing and i can delete this partition, and when i install miui zip on this twrp install successful but isnt booting miui, so i think Fastboot method is better, or better for lisa ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
For Lisa, there is orangefox that works with android 12. You can find it on YouTube

@FlexWheeler The Android 12 ROM you tried to flash was a recovery ROM, and the new Android 13 ROM is a fastboot ROM and does not include TWRP so has to be flashed from PC using the update script. By the screenshot you sent, looks like fastboot flashing went fine. We'll move back to recovery ROMs when Android 13 supporting TWRPs become more common.

Why are you discussing your booting issues when you clearly said that you are using EEA ROM, a.k.a. not our ROM?

I am always getting this error, maybe its too early for recovery :p :

fastboot boot TWRP.img"
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 1.609s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: Failed to load/authenticate boot image: Load Error)
finished. total time: 1.675s
On cupid, you're supposed to flash it to recovery partition, not boot it.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery_ab TWRP.img

Will updater app install properly xiaomi.eu_multi_XM12_V13.2.6.0.TLCCNXM_v13-13-fastboot.zip? I don't have the laptop with me now and I don't want to download the ROM if it cannot be installed directly

You cannot install a fastboot Rom without a pc (or a device which can execute fastboot commands)

After updating XM12Pro_V13.2.7.0.TLBCNXM_v13-13, the camera can't use the Quick snap mode (video) function, I don't know if it's my problem, but no matter how I press the volume down button when the screen is off, it doesn't work...

Update: I found that in the previous camera is also not working, what happened to this function?

Have you checked all related settings?

My booting issue not on EEA Rom , my issue on EU rom, sorry for my english. He said above now that there is a custom recovery partition compatible with android 12, now I will try it, now let me try to explain in english which is not enough. Currently your rom is Android 12 but, I just found an android 12 compatible orangefox recovery partition on xda and it didn't work, so I always had to choose fastboot roms, if it's not in the above option I can't install it :/

Why didn't Orangefox work? What error did you get?

For Lisa use the particular Orange Fox (I have Lisa, know what I'm talking about).
Official TWRP does not work for A12, thus you MUST NOT use it (and AFAIK, there was no other TWRP good for Lisa for A12)

Find the particular guide, go to the repository from its OP post, download the OF (sorry, I will not search for you for the guide, etc - on almost every page here there is a post/answer with the link to the guide, there are always new newbies who ask the same/similar - guide is not specific to Lisa, hence do not limit yourself reading only posts for Lisa)

You can first install an older Xiaomi.eu 13 for Lisa (with the Fastboot in the name), by Fastboot method

Then find that Orange Fox for Lisa for MIUI 13, temporarily boot to OF:
fastboot boot OF img file>

Then, from OF, flash the latest Xiaomi.eu for Lisa, and that's it - you will have the latest Xiaomi.eu and when flashing, it will permanently install the same OF, for future updates

PS: The guides tell that when you switch the ROM, you MUST F O R M A T Data (different option in TWRP/OF than Wiping Data), otherwise you would have what you reported, not seeing Storage

Also, when you boot to TWRP/OF, you MUST enter the pin that custom Recovery can decrypt Storage. Please consult all the needed guides, use Search here on the forum and google to find and read if needed

When properly using, everything will work and you will be able to install the latest Xiaomi.eu MIUI 13, Recovery type and having the OF for Lisa, and there will be no problems with Data/Storage

I have a problem with my update! i'm using xiaomi eu 13 stable, I try to update to 13.0.9.0 but twrp show me “Unable to mount storage” and the data is 0mb. My firts flash was in fastboot and now i'm triying to install the update in recovery mode. Maybe it is the problem? anyone knows any solution. Thanks for all of you, this forum is awesome!

Make sure you have the correct twrp version installed. Download twrp from another source. skk looks safe

Are you using the guide:

and the TWRP from SKK - official TWRP does not support A12

Btw, if your phone is Lisa, see the post above and use its Orange Fox

Also, when you boot to custom recovery you must enter your Android unlock pin - without, custom recovery cannot decrypt and won't properly read the Storage

Bat file is only available in fastboot roms. I think it's the recovery rom you want to install. You need to install with twrp
