I will stay using 7.0.12 until the latest version can work with xposed framework. I already tried install xposed on version 7.1.1.0 and got bootloop.

I'm on eu_multi_hermes_V7.1.1.0.LHMCNCK (rooted) to upgrade (with TWRP recovery) to eu_multi_hermes_V7.1.3.0.LHMCNCK what I have to do...?

Just install zip from recovery and wipe cache and dalvik cache? :)

And than re-install root zip? o_O

To antimaterija70...
"Is anybody working on"...means are anybody working on chines MIUI file 7.1.3.0 translating and compiling it to global(multi language)...It's not a link to the chines version...it's a question...is this rom getting translated...
And what happens to a noobs phone if he or here are flashing a Chinese/Not full translated English version , and the person are not that great in a foreign language, like English...they end up with a phone no use to them...and a lot of problems.
Noobs are better staying on the global, stable rom... less problem for them, and they'll not fill forums with questions related to dev.roms...all ready known to hardcore members...and yes EU are some kind of restrictions...it EU...not ASIA
