Urgent Help needed, Rom MIUI12 K20 Pro Black Screen

Hello everyone, I'm super stressed because I tried to install MIUI 12 beta on my Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro(K20Pro), I downloaded the latest version from Xiaomi.eu. Then I downloaded adb and TWRP. So I managed to get TWRP on my smartphone: I was able to search in my smartphone for the update file and I was able to install it, a download took a few minutes. Once this loading was finished, I clicked on Reboot to launch the new system. And that's the tragedy. Black Screen, I can't do anything anymore on the smartphone, I have neither vibrations or sounds and the screen is totally black. I could only notice that when my phone is connected to my PC and I keep pressing the POWER button, a sound sounds on my PC as if a device is connected (but I don't see any storage device connected). So I find myself without a smartphone, I admit I'm not well and I hope that what I did is fixable . If someone could help me it would be extremely nice...

This is what happens when you don't read the OP.
I assume you're coming from a Global ROM.
Before you flash the new ROM.
Wipe Dalvik, Cache, Data, System and Vendor.
Flash the New ROM
Format Data (not the same as wipe data).
Reboot.

Thank you very much for your reply, but I can't do what you suggest. the phone isn't responding anymore. I cant put it in fastboot mode, the screen is off and It looks dead (excepted that i hear a sound when connecting to my PC). What can I do to fix that ?

Press and hold the Power and the Volume Up key to see if you can still boot into TWRP. I hope, for your sake, that you still can.

Nothing happens when I do this..

it should be booting into something if you hear a sound when it is connected... at least it should boot into fastboot with no issue...
if you keep the volume down pressed and the power button pressed for couple of seconds until you feel a vibration, that should be in fastboot...

but as the display won't come on, that should be something really wrong :|

I can't hear any sound when plugging, I called Xiaomi for te warranty and told them my phone turned off and impossible to restart it. They accepted it in repair

Try looking in windows as what is the device recognized. If it's Qualcomm device, you've hard bricked your phone. Only EDL flash will bring it back to life. Maybe with full functions, maybe without IMEI......
