Xiaomi.eu Rom For Chinese Stable V8.1.1.0

I bought yesterday my mi 2 pad and I installed this stable version of miui 8 by the miui rom site but it has no gapps.
Can you explain how I put it to work with the gapps and without the Chinese apps?

i have xiaomi.eu 6.10.27 rom version, do yiu suggest to pass to this rom with just wipe cache and devilk cache or a cleaner flash with also wipe data?
