Xiaomi MI10 Flush failed - need help

Hello,
my phone starts an I see the 5G and the MIUI Scrren after flashing it, but nothing more happens.
I waited 7 days to unlock my phone, that was no problem at all. I used the XiaoMiTool V2 for Mac.
But the Installation of EU ROM (latest stable) was not successful, so I used my terminal and installed twrp 3.4.2b (
fastboot flash recovery TWRP_umi.img ) and tried the last ROM for UMI on 12 (xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10_V12.1.3.0.RJBCNXM_v12-11.zip), but I got only the Screen described above. Then I used 11, because before Flashing I used 11 in original EU Version. But nothing changed.
After that I tried to restore ist, but this failed. Now my restore is not available, also not on my local computer.

Now my device does not work. What can I do to get it startet well or to start from scratch?

Did you format data not only wipe?
