Xiaomi Miwifi R1d In Safe Mode

Hello guys, I need help with my router R1D. Version of system is 2.1.8 developer edition. Router is in safe mode with system boot failure, light blinking red. I am not able to flash ROM to the new one automatically, or another version manualy. Router worked well for a year and now this issue.
Do you have, please, any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried putting the latest stable firmware on a usb stick, named "miwifi.bin" and switch on the router with long press on the reset button?

Hi, I already tried but flash process didn't start. Always is red light at the end.

You might press and keep "reset" 15s. PS: Rom in USB is rom Miwifi R1d
