Thanks for your help. Now, search for 3.4.0, flash that one and then boot the 3.4.2.1206.
Meanwhile I have both TWRP images, but which are the exact commands?

Restart the phone in fastboot modeThanks for your help.

This is the error message I get:Connect it to your PC
fastboot devices (verify that the phone is recognized)
fastboot flash recovery 3-4-0.img (the name that you named your 3.4.0 recovery file)
Yes.The error message you receive indicates that you again mistyped something.
Does the "dir" command give you among other files the twrp342.img, too?
Yes, but I used the latest v3.4.2B.1206. Maybe this was a mistake. Where can I get the v3.4.2.0623?Did you rename your 3.4.2.0623 to twrp342.img?
I will try that.Try one more thing:
fastboot reboot bootloader
Then try rebooting to twrp as you did before.
I suggest after each boot to bootloader you verify the phone is recognized with fastboot devices.
I am not able to power off my phone. Whatever I try I always enter the "FASTBOOT" image. Also, try powering off the phone and then see if it boots to your recovery (vol up + power).
Not fastboot reboot twrp342.img but ..I will try that.
EDIT: The first command worked, but not the second. Look here:

Maybe I have to flash the 3.4.2.img at first.

Uppps! You're right, I was misleading him.Not fastboot reboot twrp342.img but ..
fastboot boot twrp342.img
Twrp 1206 here ...

And also you missed the step to reboot to recovery again after format data , this is mandatory ..Uppps! You're right, I was misleading him.
My bad, sorry.
At least he managed to boot to recovery.

To be honest I don't remember if I did it the other night when I was flashing 12.2.7.And also you missed the step to reboot to recovery again after format data , this is mandatory ..
There is also a trick for fast first installation for newbies , enter twrp , install EU rom , format data , reboot to system ..
Read my post #3717.@m@c|-|oR:
That worked!!!!
Now I get offered the TWRP-3.4.2b-1206 for MI 10 and have several options.
Shall I choose the "Install" button or any other one ("Wipe""/"Backup"/"Restore"/"Mount"/"Settings"/"Advances"/""Reboot")?
See my previous post #3720 and proceed..@m@c|-|oR:
Since this is the moment I waited for since more than 12 hours and I don't want to make something wrong, please let me know which one of the various buttons I should choose now (see my last post).
I said , the fastest way for newbies it's this ..@gkalen I personally don't like the idea formatting data after flashing, but it works - no problem.
ευχαριστώ

If you format data before flashing (as per my suggestion) your ROM.zip file will be erased and you have to transfer it again.I repeat my urgent question: Which TWRP button shall I press????
EDIT: I just want to get the ROM updated, the v12.2.2.7 has already been downloaded by the phone before the destaster began.
Thanks, I have chosen the "Install" button, but to find the already downloaded ROM v12.2.2.7 I now have to know within which folder of the Internal Storage I can find it.See my previous post #3720 and proceed..
Wherever you copy it ..Thanks, I have chosen the "Install" button, but to find the already downloaded ROM v12.2.2.7 I now have to know within which folder of the Internal Storage I can find it.
