As mentioned in the release thread
Dual sim for third party messaging apps is broken..
No ability to switch between sims.. MI11

In fact you take sim 2 out then re add sim 2.. the messaging app defaults to the 2nd sim.. despite the system settings saying otherwise..

I came across this bug by accident.. i was unable to send messages using a third party app despite all the correct permissions and being the default messaging app in place.. removed the sim card test. Re added then it was working again..

I then realised the problem was related to dual SIM, I was unable to switch between SIM but can on the default messaging app..

Just recently upgraded to mi11 from mi 9 (carrying Android 10).. so this issue is new to me..

We can't provide arbitrary third-party app support...

That may be so.. I'm not looking for that..

The functionality has broke to allow this in miui 12.5 + Android 11 it seems, from my perspective mi11

That's just plain silly.
I don't have 2 SIMs to even be able to comment on that.

Yeh it appears not just exclusive to messaging apps..

Google Phone Dialler unable to detect Dual sims.. Contact+ to name a few. ( I don't use them tbf I was just seeing and testing the true extent of the problem)

This is quite an issue... If third party apps are unable to dual SIM functionality.. that's a massive deal breaker..

Particulary for sometime like me who carries two sims.. one for business use, the other for home use..

(F2 pro/21.5.12 + 12.5.2.0)

There is serious lag/low fps on the launcher's unlocking screen animation (The one where the home screen icons zoom into their positions when you unlock the phone)

I installed both roms fresh and it is happening on both weekly/stable,even before adding apps/setting up the phone.

Can anyone else with this device confirm?

Redmi 8
Android 10
Miui 12.0.20
Swipe up gesture does not work properly even with stock launcher set default.
Have to swipe up from a little space equal to space that navigation bar occupied.
Seem conflict with navigation bar even it disabled since turned on gesture.

Plus no notification on APS like wazzup, Gmail, yahoo mail ....

On 21.5.26 MI 10 Ultra, after the phone exits Battery saver mode, there is a UI bug where it shows display refresh mode as 60hz even though the phone has reverted back to 120hz.

I can confirm 3 issues.
1) Messaging app slide to right or left mark as read features dont work.
2) Scheduled sunset sunrise dark mode not show in screen settings (mi 10)
3) And themes not applying messaging app. Always default.
1) Feature removed by Xiaomi in latest versions of the Messaging (SMS) app
2) It will certainly be added by Xiaomi, later... (not related to Xiaomi.eu)
3) Certainly a compatibility issue with your selected theme and MIUI 12.5+, or maybe it's something else... (Someone should try in latest China Beta ROMs if it's working or not.)

Confirmed bug.
Poco f3/K40/Alioth 21.5.26

I already asked my whole community (poco f3) and they faced the same issue.
- "more" button on Google account setting is missing. (Can't remove google account, and it's really vital) previous build was fine but problem appears on 21.5.26.

Here i attached my note 9 pro Google account setting and there's "more" option button to remove google account.

Hope this beautiful community and devs would fix this problem ASAP because it's a really important and vital thing. Thank you.

Add mi 10 (umi) to your list. :emoji_upside_down:
Try to log into google from another device (pc?) and from the account settings press to sign out from the device you want to remove the account. (I censored the pics a bit.)

Snoozing notification make screen black out then back alive at lock screen. Maybe system ui crash?

Mi 9
21.5.27

A tiny bug on weekly 21.5.26 @ venus: when you search an item on settings app, the first line of the results remains behind the search bar, which makes it hard to pick..

Not sure why you're comparing an old ROM (China Stable) with a much newer one (based on China Beta).
Theme incompatibility with newer MIUI or newer apps is normal. Nothing we can do about it.
