if i'm not wrong, for this to happen, there has to be a monthly firmware update. Unfortunately, xiaomi doesn't commit stable monthly updates, thus we would not be getting those updates on a monthly basis. If im wrong please do correct. It's the Android security update based on monthly releases.
Only Xiaomi can update the security patch level. It's the Android security update based on monthly releases.
When the phone is turned on, the connection to the computer via cable occurs, and I can choose 1 of 3 connection options.Check:
- you are missing the necessary drivers in your PC
- try a different USB port or cable
The choice is only yours. What if i have MIUI 14, and i want to upgrade to HyperOS (i have poco f3), which type of install should i use
In your case it is not possible.. You have already received the answer to the ROM update question several times.I also tried to install an update from my phone. And the phone gave out something like that. In the file selection menu, I specified whether I really want to install AURORA
Like, what would be the right option, can i update from MIUI to HyperOS without wiping data? The choice is only yours.
I managed to update my phone. The main problem was the drivers for the computer. After installing them, I was able to update my phone via fastboot. In your case it is not possible.. You have already received the answer to the ROM update question several times.
Just this bar, the rest is perfect. Thanks@Pepitp are you seriously "debloating" this rom??? Whatever, that's an option in your launcher, pinch in/long press on your desktop>engine icon on the bottom-left corner>more>Home screen search bar
just disable it, no need to "debloat" anything
Same for me, wifi drain batteryPoco F6 peridot here. Anyone having this weird issue where wifi is reportedly showing to drain battery?
I did turn off wifi scanning under settings>location. While battery life has been quite good, i'm not entirely sure if this is actually draining my battery, and if so battery life might be even better than I expect. My last device is an F3 which i've been using for 2 years ish, so I don't have an apple-to-apple benchmark against a new device in terms of battery life.
