Open MIUI zip and move to META-INF\com\google\android
Open updater-script
Replace the first few lines with:
assert(getprop("ro.product.device") == "m0" ||
getprop("ro.build.product") == "m0" ||
getprop("ro.product.device") == "GT-I9300" ||
getprop("ro.build.product") == "GT-I9300" ||
getprop("ro.product.device") == "galaxys3" ||
getprop("ro.build.product") == "galaxys3");

If you look at it programatcially, I only added the contion for "GT-I9300"... which is in your case with CWM Touch (that's what I use)
I strongly disencourage you cange anything else

• d2att/d2tmo will be out late. Maybe tonight.
• MULTI will be out tonight.
• A new JB rom for i9300 was published at the time of release of ICS ROMs.

The new version will still need this to be done, and every version onwards... at least until guys at MIUI figure out that CWM based recovery returns ro.build.product as "GT-I9300" and start including this by themselves
