Are you blind?
No! You don't read it or not carefully.Installation:
Xiaomi devices:
ROMs for devices with locked bootloader:
- Install TWRP via Fastboot mode, then install our ROM
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot boot twrp.img
- TWRP Recovery Zip DOWNLOAD or TWRP.ME
- For ROOT install Magisk (may cause lags and fingerprint issue) in TWRP and reboot one more time after install to get rid of system lags
I did it exactly according to the instructions and forgot to do WIPE DATA I did normal
- Unlock your first bootloader here http://en.miui.com/unlock/

- FORMAT /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist!)
- Copy our ROM to the internal storage

I do not understand what I did wrongNo! You don't read it or not carefully.
Can I return to stock if bootloader is unlocked?I do not understand what I did wrong
I unlock a bootloader
I flash Recovery
I did a wipe and installed the rom
Also from TWRP FAQs:Can I return to stock if bootloader is unlocked?
As in this guide: https://androidmtk.com/use-xiaomi-mi-flash-tool
And try from the beginning?
This is what I did for the first time factory reset wipes dataAlso from TWRP FAQs:
"If you are switching ROMs (changing from one ROM to a completely different one) then you should perform a factory reset. A factory reset wipes data and cache (which includes dalvik cache). A factory reset will also wipe sd-ext and android_secure if your device has those items. 99% of the time, this is all that you need to wipe and you only need to do it once, not three times as some people would lead you to believe."
Keep insisting on wipes. I repeat you must format the DATA partition from twrp and then select yes when prompted. I've been clear? This is what I did for the first time factory reset wipes data
And it did not work so I did wipes data and also does not help
I tried installing everything from scratch, but nothing gas changed. Its working… sometimes there is a challenge with customiuizer. Disable it, reboot, enable it, reboot.
if it is not working, delete it and xposed and install it from scratch. That was working for me all the time if there where issues.
after use xiaomitool. i can flash from fastboot, what i cant do before. tyTry unbrick option at the start.

You might wanna read what I said again carefully.I have the switch so that 4G should actually be on top, or not
You might wanna read what I said again carefully.
Like I said, the switch forces "LTE" to show instead of "4G". When the switch is off, you get the default network type names as defined for the MCC/MNC of your operator. We don't have a switch to force "4G" instead of "LTE".
Examples:
For MCC 230 (Czech Rep.) / MNC 1 (T-Mobile / RadioMobil), the defaults are "LTE" and "LTE+"
For MCC 231 (Slovakia) / MNC 2 (T-Mobile), the defaults are "4G" and "4G+"
For MCC 370 (Dominican Republic) / MNC 2 (Claro), the defaults are "LTE" and "4.5G"
This is Xiaomi's decision, probably based on the information they have from the operators, so you might want to contact Xiaomi directly if you're sure that the network type names for you operator are not correct.
