Hi all!
Mi 11 lite 5g. Two days of observation - google services do not drain the battery. Many thanks to the developers.

If anyone has just installed this recent update DON'T even attempt to go into TWRP! For starters it won't load properly anyway plus it effects the whole security of the phone! I've lost the following from doing this

1. Fingerprint sensor won't work on banking apps etc
2. Google Pay cards have been deleted

Anyone help me to get it working again?
To get any reasonable feedback, you should say what phone it is, and whether it is the first attempt into A12, or an update, and any other useful information.

Thanks for your reply, I'm fairly new to all this. I've edited my original post now. I'm noticing a 'failed to init Cipher' warning pop-up on screen if that helps

I'm on Mi11 Ultra. Noticing the refresh rate would sometimes drop to 60fps in any app or home screen. It would then go back to 120fps after normal use (maybe takes a few seconds to minutes). The difference is very noticeable.

For now it works fine, UMI MI10 here, the RAM memory extension option is not available, it does not appear in the menu.

1. - not test
2. - yes
3. - no
4. - don't know
5. - on android 11
6. - insatll ROM
7. - Current: Redmi k40 6/128
8. - Current: 21.12.1

When i am installing ROM through TWRP i am flash Google Pay fix.zip, and gpay work is well.

Google Pay fix.zip from:
I cant download it from this URL seems that you have to be registered

1 - you have to test it, it should be OK
4 - check if you have in root directory a folder named /twrp

send us a download link, so that we can look into the GPay fix

It means the PC doesn't detect any device. Make sure the drivers for your device are installed.

I have drivers installed, please take a look ...

- is your device in fastboot mode
- what is the output of # fastboot devices
- delete .\
- type only: windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat
- is it the directory were you have extracted the image
- did you install the drivers

My Mi 10 is in fastboot mode
what do you mean by " what is the ouput of *fastboot devices"
If I delete ".\", it won't work ...a mesage appears saying "error, we do see the windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat" but you have to add" .\" in order to make it work .
I have installed the drivers a year ago...When I go to device manager here it shows

if you follow my link in the post - you will see this:
- boot the device in fastboot, open cmd and with "fastboot devices" you should see a number

and I have put into the thread an example screenshot and I am wondering about this message "error, we do see the windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat"

I suggest....
- create a directory c:\test
- extract the fastboot image into this folder
- open cmd
- change to directory were you have installed adb & fastboot
- put phone in fastboot
- fastboot devices
- check if you see a number -> then all is fine
- change to c:\test
- windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat

Hello !
I installed this version of Xiaomi.eu a few minutes ago. I read that in the description:
  • Mi Video, Mi Music, Mi Browser: No any useless Chinese content
But when I boot my phone, I see a lot of Mi apps... like Mover, Video, Music, Browser... is there something I did wrong ? I installed the following version: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK40_POCOF3_21.12.1_v12-12-fastboot.zip

Thanks !

Set MIUI launcher as default launcher. And try again

That is called "variable refresh rate" and happens when the refresh rate is set to more than 60 hz.
And it drops when not in use to save battery life.
That is not an issue but the expected behavior ;)

Hi all, to try installing root, magisk & co, the playstore app disappear. How i can reinstall without flash rom again?

EDIT:
OK Solved.
