Have the same after every new firmware update for my Xiomi MI12 Pro. Payment via Google Pay and NFC does not work!

Did the following and then it works again:

1st: Restore NFC functions
2nd: Change Standard-Pay-App to something else than Google Pay
3rd: Open Google Wallet, which will now ask you to change standard payment back to Google Pay and confirm.

After this procedure Google Pay and Google Wallet work fine and I can pay again with my phone. Unconvenient is only that I have to do this with every weekly firmware update and if I forget.....
For those who are having issues with payments through Google Pay (NFC) after MIUI 14, it's worth checking the settings below and updating all certificates:

Settings / Connection & sharing / Secure element position / <HCE Wallet>

and

Settings / Connection & sharing / Contactless payments / Default payment app / <Google Pay>

and

Settings / Connection & sharing / Contactless payments / Use default payment app / <Always>

and

Settings / Passwords & security / Fingerprint unlock / Fingerprint payments / <FIDO> and <IFAA> and <Widevine (L1)> / <Certificate>

Note: Check the screenshots (annex)

Let we know if the payments works now.

Use fastboot boot xxxxx.img
Then in twrp- go to advanced and Install current twrp, reboot to recovery and enjoy.

How do I decrypt data in TWRP without wiping all my data? Any password I enter results in a failed message. I also do not get the popup when I boot into TWRP. Using Mi11 and fastboot boot recovery.img method to get into TWRP 3.7.

It sends an error too when I try to use fastboot boot

Greetings to all. POCO F3. installed Twrp and Miui 14 A13 by recovery without problems. The home screen does not allow you to modify the number of applications vertically and horizontally, this option does not appear in the home screen menu, the "home screen design" option is not there. Has this happened to anyone?

Hi,
I have a Mi 11 Ultra. I booted to the new TWRP, after the TWRP don't see the DATA partition and inside "SD card". I can't mount the DATA partitions. This new rom succesfully install from an OTG pendrive, but the problem is the same, the TWRP don't see data partiton, and don't ask the pin code. The phone can't boot to the system. Somebody can help me please?

Xiaomi 12S Ultra. boot twrp version 6.6, install the twrp, reboot twrp, tried to flash, but failed repeatedly.

I have a backup right before the flashing - MIUI 13. So I installed twrp version 6.5 while in twrp, and restored the backup. The restore was successful, however, I had a bootloop.

Downloaded the MIUI 13 rom, and tried to flash the rom, went successfully and still had bootloop.

ADB push out the backup to a computer. Use MiFlash to flash the factory image. install twrp 6.5, install the MIUI 113 rom, and finally restore the backup. This one is working.

You shouldn't have installed the rom from OTG (pendrive) if you don't see the folder name, which means the twrp didn't decrypt the phone correctly.

I hope you have a backup. If you do, try to restore that backup. If you still have trouble booting, you need to flash the factory image via MiFlash and install the same rom as your current rom, and run the restore.

I don't have a backup. I don't want to lose my data. Yes, the problem is that twrp did not decrypt the data, there should be a solution for this.

I tried to flash the exact same ROM, but still bootloop. You can try to do this, and if that fails, flash any rom later than your current, and let's see if that works. I gave up trying (because i have a backup), so i started as if i just got this phone, and restored the backup as a last step.

You can also wait for any insight from other forum members.

I installed it on my Mi 11 Lite 5G NE and the banking apps don't work.
Someone with the same problem?

@sugiato If rooted with Magisk, hide the magisk app and add the bank app to the deny list (both options in Magisk Manager's settings).
In some cases I've found the universal safetynet fix module (you can google it) is still required for some apps with magisk installed. Everything is working fine here, even samsung pay from my watch, as well as google wallet.
I try to do this step :
Install magisk than uninstall it
And now I can use bank app . Thanks
