I use Trinity Kernel on Miui

Works fine without any additional scripts etc.

It wasn't mentioned in the changelog or the galaxy nexus bug thread, so I guess they haven't looked into fixing it yet.

I just don't like trinity. I prefer the feel on franco.Kernel, even CM10 complies on Majority of Kernels but why MIUI does not.

Agreed But it's better than what it comes with as you get more kernel options on Trinity...
