Can't install on MI2. I select the zip file from the updater app, then de device reboot and let me in the TWRP main page. I even can't browse my sdcard to manually select the zip file to install. With the update last week, my phone was discharging (and become hot more than usual) even when USB is connected. It's sad.

I never had this issue...it seems it caused by some incorrect setting in TWRP

@ingbrzy - not asking for any timeframe, of course, but is there a plan to fix and reupload the hermes rom? First post only says it was removed due to bugs, but it's not clear whether we should wait for a fix or will hermes be skipped completely this time? Thanks a lot for the great work, by the way!

Can someone Help me in Flashing Weekly ROM in Mi4 ..
I am not getting the options to select in MIflash

I have attached the screen shot of ROM

ROM - xiaomi.eu_multi_cancro_6.5.19_v7-6.0.zip

I can not access my phone from PC ..nor does it has SD card slot.

Only in Mi Flash ..i Can see my phone ..So i need to flash using Mi Flash only

About ROOT:
Xiaomi removed ROOT from all devices (except Mi2) and blocked it in kernel... Install SuperSU manually in TWRP if you still need a root and knows what you are doing...!

You mean that I will have nothing to do with the bootloader, I just had to download the .zip of the rom and flash with MIUI updater ?

It never happened to me too... Only today. I never played with TWRP settings. What I do is just select the zip from my sdcard and wait.
I downloaded the ROM a second time, and still got the issue.

Only if you have ROM messed up by chinese shops and not installed original ROM.. Then you have to install china first of course to get all to stock.. It's not Xiaomi issue but reseller..
